1949: United Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth & Ocean Counties, Inc. founded by a group of parents seeking therapy for their children with cerebral palsy. Clinic Initiated, with Dr. Otto Lehmann.

1952: United Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth & Ocean Counties, Inc. incorporate.

1956: School program opened.

1958: Preschool classes started in Ocean County.

1973: The Agency moved into a new building at 75 Bath Avenue, located on land donated by Monmouth Medical Center.

1977: Lehmann School moved to the Sarah Miller Training School in Bricktown and a Preschool program was organized.

1978: Adult program began.

1979: The Ocean County location was moved to the Brick Presbyterian Church.

1983: Give and Take Child Care Center opened. Personal assistant services instituted. Operation LIFE (Living Independently for Everyone), a barrier-free apartment complex, opened.

1985: The Monmouth County school program was named Schroth School in recognition of the continuous support provided by the entire Schroth family.

1986: Respite services initiated.

1987: Three year accreditation obtained from CARF…The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.

1988: Lehmann Center in Lakewood opened. Green Grove Group Home opened. Technical Education Center established.

1989: Mill Creek and Dewey Street Group Homes opened.

1990: Asbury Avenue Apartments, a supported apartment complex, opened.

1993: Changed name to Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean, Inc.

1994: George Gray Apartments, a supported apartment complex, opened. Schroth Center in Wanamassa opened.

1996: Accreditation received from Commission on Accreditation for Home Care.

1997: Medical Day Care program instituted.

1999: Singer Group Home opened. Outpatient therapy services initiated for adults with developmental disabilities aged 22 and over. Early intervention services initiated for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays. Cash option respite program initiated.

2000: Targeted evaluations for eligibility for early intervention services, Monmouth County, initiated.

2002: Purchase of property in Monmouth County for expansion.

2003: Give and Take Child Care, Lehmann Center, received five-year accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth & Ocean Counties, Inc. announces name change to LADACIN Network.

2006: Development of Monmouth County property initiated.

2007: Lehmann Annex, Lakewood, opened.

2008: Board of Trustees initiates the first phase of Building Fund.

2010: New Administration Building opened.

2012: Expansion of ACCESS Unlimited – Ocean County.

2013: Expansion of ACCESS Unlimited – Monmouth County. Expansion of Lehmann Adult Day Program. 

2014: Millstone Group Homes Opened.
