Since 1998 LADACIN Network has been acknowledging staff who reflect the mission of LADACIN in their daily job performance. On September 20th the Agency announced our 2024 Mission Award recipients. These individuals were nominated by a fellow staff member and selected by Directors who recognized them for their unwavering dedication to our infants, students, and clients with LADACIN Networks 2024 Mission Awards.

Kristen has been with LADACIN since 2015, exemplifying professionalism, creativity, and a strong commitment to the Agency’s mission. She prioritizes client safety and needs, fosters positive relationships, and promotes diversity. She leads social skills groups for children with autism and ADHD and has built valuable partnerships for the Agency with Georgian Court College.

Melissa is a dedicated professional who embraces family-centered practices and the engage/exchange model of service delivery. She consistently provides high-quality services, collaborates effectively with IFSP team members, and supports the dyadic relationship. She has a strong commitment to ongoing education and respect for each family’s culture, she is a valued resource for both colleagues and families.

Roni has been with the Agency for 29 years, consistently demonstrating professionalism, respect, and dedication to students, families, and colleagues. She develops meaningful goals for students, fosters positive relationships, and collaborates effectively with team members. She has a remarkable ability to help even the most dynamic students make progress.

Gus has been with the Agency since 2021 and is known for being prompt, pleasant, and professional. He is always ready to solve problems and provide support, he also mentors new staff and promotes positive work relationships. He ensures all programs run smoothly by maintaining facilities and supplies. He is a well-respected and favorite maintenance person who is invaluable to the Agency.
