The Power of One Challenge shows how one person can make a difference. Make up your own challenge and set up a fundraising page to benefit over 3,500 individuals with disabilities.

You can run, walk, cycle, stroll or roll, all at your own pace, wherever you want, whenever you want. Any activity will do, you get to choose. You set and achieve your goals then challenge and encourage your friends, family, and co-workers to meet or beat them!
