Patti Carlesimo will be retiring as Executive Director of LADACIN Network on June 30, 2026.
Patti joined what is now LADACIN in 1979, formerly Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Over the course of her tenure, she rose through several leadership roles before being appointed Executive Director in 2004.
Under Patti’s leadership the Agency expanded locations and services, including the administration building, and 3 new group homes. The Agency now boasts 15 facilities.
Patti Carlesimo has generously given her time to many community organizations, including Alliance for the Betterment of Citizens with Disabilities (ABCD), Early Intervention Provider Alliance (EIPA), Monmouth ACTS Advisory Council (MAAC) and their Early Childhood Success (ECS) Hub; the Monmouth County Workforce Development Board, the Inclusive Employment Committee, NJSEPS (formerly ASAH) and the Statewide Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC).
Patti has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Monmouth County Workforce Development Board Community Service Partnership Award, the ASAH President’s Award, the Athena Award, the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore (GSJS) Women of Distinction Award, the NJ Association of Special Education Partner Schools Community Impact Award – Advocate of the Year, and the NJBIZ – New Jersey Business leaders ICON Award.
