LADACIN Network is proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Lerner Graul as the Executive Director on July 1, 2026. She has been a dedicated and respected leader within the Agency for two decades. Lisa brings extensive experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to the individuals and families served by LADACIN Network.

Ms. Graul holds a Master of Arts degree in Administration and Supervision from Georgian Court University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from West Chester University, in addition to several certifications from the Department of Education.

Lisa Graul has served LADACIN Network by building a career of progressive leadership roles within the agency. “I have worked closely with Lisa Graul for close to 20 years. She is highly competent, dedicated to our mission, and committed to the individuals and families we serve. In addition, she is very bright, a visionary and is always seeking innovative solutions. She will be great in her new role as Executive Director!” said Patricia Carlesimo, LADACIN Network Executive Director.

Graul said, “It is a true honor to step into the role of Executive Director and build boldly on 75 years of extraordinary legacy alongside a team whose dedication to the people we serve is nothing short of inspiring. Together, with our remarkable stakeholders and the incredible families who trust us, we will shape the future of this work, embrace smart risks, and prove that there is nothing we cannot accomplish for those counting on us.”

The selection of Lisa Graul as Executive Director followed a rigorous succession development process. Richard Metheny, Principal and Founder of The Aware Leader, LLC was retained by LADACIN Network Board of Trustees as a leadership development consultant and executive coach to lead a comprehensive engagement that included defining the Executive Director role competencies and conducting leadership assessments of potential candidates.

Lisa “knows the programs, the people, the families served, and the regulatory environment. More importantly, she is deeply committed to the mission. Her motivation for pursuing this role is not personal ambition – it is a genuine desire to build on the foundation of an organization she has helped strengthen for two decades.” said Richard Metheny.

LADACIN Network looks forward to the future under Lisa’s leadership as she continues the organization’s mission of providing quality services and support to individuals with disabilities and their families.
